شروط وأحكام استخدام خدمة الدفع اللاحق والحجز عبر تطبيق رويال لاين

قبل استخدام خدمة الحجز عبر تطبيق رويال لاين، يجب على العميل قراءة الشروط والأحكام التالية والموافقة عليها. يُعد استخدام التطبيق والموافقة على الشروط قبولًا تامًا لما يلي:

1.        الدفع اللاحق والرسوم:

•         يتم توفير خدمة الدفع اللاحق للتذاكر المستردة فقط من الخطوط الجوية الكويتية عبر تطبيق رويال لاين.

•         يتحمل العميل رسوم إلغاء التذكرة كما تحددها الخطوط الجوية الكويتية.

•         يتم فرض رسوم خدمة الدفع اللاحق الثابتة من قِبل رويال لاين بقيمة 10 د.ك غير قابلة للاسترداد بأي حال.

2.        إلغاء أو تعديل الحجز:

•         لا يجوز للعميل إلغاء أو تعديل الحجز إلا عن طريق تطبيق رويال لاين.

•         أي محاولة لإلغاء أو تعديل الحجز مباشرة مع الخطوط الجوية الكويتية تُعد مخالفة قانونية، ويُعرض العميل نفسه للمساءلة القانونية.

3.        عدم استرداد الرسوم:

•         رسوم الإلغاء ورسوم الخدمة الخاصة بالدفع اللاحق (10 د.ك) غير قابلة للاسترداد تحت أي ظرف.

4.        التزام العميل بالبيانات:

•         يجب على العميل إدخال بيانات الحجز بدقة.

•         رويال لاين غير مسؤولة عن أي خطأ ينتج عن إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة أو غير دقيقة من قِبل العميل.

5.        استخدام التطبيق:

•         يُمنع استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني.

•         يحق لشركة رويال لاين إلغاء أي حجز إذا تبين وجود مخالفات أو استخدام غير قانوني للخدمة.

6.        التحديثات والتعديلات:

•         تحتفظ شركة رويال لاين بحق تعديل الشروط والأحكام أو سياسة الرسوم في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

•         تُصبح التعديلات نافذة فور نشرها على التطبيق.

7.        الإقرار بالموافقة:

•         عند استخدام الخدمة، يقر العميل بأنه قد قرأ وفهم جميع الشروط والأحكام ويوافق عليها دون قيد أو شرط.

8.        المسؤولية القانونية:

•         أي نزاع ينشأ عن استخدام الخدمة يخضع للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الكويت.

•         يحق لشركة رويال لاين اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لحماية حقوقها في حال الإخلال بالشروط.


يرجى العلم: لا يمكن للعميل إتمام الحجز إلا بعد الموافقة على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه.



Terms and Conditions for Using the Postpaid and Booking Service via the Royal Line Application

 

Before using the booking service via the Royal Line application, the customer must read and agree to the following terms and conditions. Using the application and agreeing to these terms constitutes full acceptance of the following:

1.      Postpaid Service and Fees:

•       The postpaid service is provided exclusively for refunded tickets from Kuwait Airways through the Royal Line application.

•       The customer bears the ticket cancellation fees as determined by Kuwait Airways.

•       A fixed postpaid service fee of 10 KWD, charged by Royal Line, is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2.      Cancellation or Modification of Booking:

•       The customer may only cancel or modify a booking through the Royal Line application.

•       Any attempt to cancel or modify a booking directly with Kuwait Airways is considered a legal violation and exposes the customer to legal accountability.

3.      Non-Refundable Fees:

•       Cancellation fees and the postpaid service fee (10 KWD) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4.      Customer Data Responsibility:

•       The customer must enter booking details accurately.

•       Royal Line is not responsible for any errors resulting from the customer providing incorrect or inaccurate information.

5.      Application Use:

•       The application may not be used for any illegal purposes.

•       Royal Line reserves the right to cancel any booking if violations or unauthorized use of the service are detected.

6.      Updates and Modifications:

•       Royal Line reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or fee policies at any time without prior notice.

•       Any amendments become effective immediately upon being published on the application.

7.      Acknowledgment of Agreement:

•       By using the service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all terms and conditions.

8.      Legal Liability:

•       Any disputes arising from the use of the service are subject to the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait.

•       Royal Line has the right to take legal action to protect its rights in the event of a breach of these terms.

 

Please Note: The customer cannot complete a booking without agreeing to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.


WHAT INFORMATION DOSE ROYAL LINE COLLECT, COLLATE AND / OR USE?


Personal information provided by you at the time of registration is the only mandatory submission you are required to make as a user. World Viewer may, from time to time, request additional information in order to provide you with more customized services based on your individual preferences. Participation in surveys, contests, games or other forums in which additional personal information is requested is entirely voluntary on the part of the user. may, at the company's discretion utilize software designed to track usage within the system and provide the resulting statistical data to advertisers to aid in the construction of focused advertising campaigns. This information is anonymous and does not contain any personal information about the user, or the users individual Internet usage patterns.


FOR HOW LONG IS PERSONAL DATA STORED?

 

We will only retain your personal data on our own Amazon server for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements. The retention period for data you send that is associated with cookies, user identifiers, or advertising identifiers will be automatically erased through Google Analytics after 50 months, or earlier upon your request.

 

The user will occasionally receive an offer from to receive additional information via e-mail based on personal preferences. As always, participation is voluntary. The users acceptance of this additional information is by subscription and may be revoked at any time by notifying member services.
