- Direct communication with Kuwait Airways regarding modifications or cancellations is not permitted and will be considered a violation and will expose the customer to legal liability.


3. No refunds:

- Royal Line App service fees and cancellation fees set by Kuwait Airways are non-refundable under any circumstances.


4. Customer's Data Obligation:

- It is the customer's responsibility to enter the booking data accurately.

- Royal Line is not responsible for any error resulting from incorrect or incomplete data entry.


5. Use of the application:

- Use of the App for any illegal or unapproved purpose is prohibited.

- Royal Line reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of irregularities or illegal use of the service.


6. Updates and modifications:

- Royal Line has the right to amend the Terms or the Fee Policy at any time, provided that the amendments are immediately posted on the App.

- Amendments are effective as soon as they are posted and please check them periodically.


7. Legal Liability:

- Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.

- Royal Line reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to protect its rights.
